Wyla Meet @ Kodai : Sept 2013

Oflate, it seems increasingly difficult to take a break from routine. Inspite of that WYLARIANS managed to take a couple of days break (13th to 15th Sept 2013). Thanks to the solidarity of Bala, Rajkumar, Ramanathan and Ramsamy it was indeed a memorable trip. Below mentioned snaps would summarize the mood.

Though two other wylarians - Natan and Ravee could not make up for the meet, all due to preoccupations - they would have been mentally been present with us, if not physically.

"The weather was Beautiful,
Accomodation was Comfortable and
Wylarians were Wonderful !"

Thanks to:
-Rajkumar for taking us for a ride in his luxury car.
-Bala for actually riding us (driving on the hills - ofcourse rashly occasionally)
-Again Bala for the snax
-Ramanathan for getting the fishing kit
-Ramasamy for booking accomodation @ Sterling By the Lake.

No doubt, the trip was relaxing and refreshing.
Wish we would get one more break before the end of financial year.

Herein I have attached few photos when we had a nice trip to THEKKADI along with Natan for the first time. No doubt that was a memorable one and thing is I don't know exactly when we made it but my photos album shows 28th Dec 08 and so I have safely written to you as last week of December 2008.

(But if im right, we had this trip around independence day. Should have been by August 14 2008 !)

Spritual Trip to Karaikudi

Not able to tolerate the pestering of Bala, four of the wylarians started for Heritage trip to Karaikudi, about an year back.

The agenda :
(1) To visit all the Nagarathar sivan koil in Chettinad
(2) To visit Chettinad bunglow's which are open to public

Due to preoccupation, I reached karaikudi one day earlier. Rtn.Ravee, Rtn.Rajkumar and Rtn.Bala reached one hour behind schedule at karaikudi. Ofcourse it was a test drive of Bala's new Zen Car.

Had we started by 9am, it would have been comfortable to see all the six nagara koil's. But no other option. I didnot have the patience to take bala again on another day for the missed temples. So, took the driving seat and we started by 10.15am. It was more like a reklar race, as we raced through and atlast reached the target - visited all the six temples at one shot. Beyond that, when the temples were closed in afternoon, we managed to visit three chettinad bunglow's : MSM Bunglow, Dr.Alagappachettiar Bunglow and Athangudi Bunglow.

Engineer Rajkumar was very busy assessing, valuing, exploring and admiring the architecture and granites. Happiness in Bala's face was quiet visible.

Inspite of the hectic schedule, all of us enjoyed the trip. No doubt it was a Spritual Trip.

Rough Sea, Relaxing atmosphere, Strong Wind, comfortable travel and great gettogether marked the recent trip to Kovalam. Of the Six Wylarians Five could be found in the photo's below. The sixth one was always doing Yoga in the room.
